Our Shipping & Returns Policy



  • We only ship to Australian addresses
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • The courier we use will be based on your order and location
  • Shipping costs on returns will be at the purchaser’s expense
  • Upon receiving your order, you are responsible for ensuring all items and quantities are correct. You must notify us within 3 days if there are any discrepancies



You, the buyer, are entitled to a refund if the goods:

  • Have been wrongly described
  • Are different from a sample shown to you
  • Are faulty and Pit Crew Auto Parts is unable to offer a suitable replacement
  • Are absolutely unmarked, have not been fitted, and are in their original packaging

​Any approved refunds may incur a 20% restocking fee, applied on a case-by-case basis.


You, the buyer, are not entitled to a refund if:

  • You purchased the goods elsewhere - proof of purchase will be required for all returns
  • You changed your mind, made a wrong decision, or the product is not what you expected
  • It was a special order or the goods have been customised, i.e. hose cutting at your request
